[IMC-Tech] Disabling spam trap lists

We need to put a few lists on hiatus without deleting them or their
archives.  So, they should show up as a list so that we can browse the
archives, but anything sent to them automatically bounces with a text that
says this list is inactive.

At the least, these include:

imc-radio at ucimc.org
imc-newspace
*Imc-litbl <http://lists.chambana.net/cgi-bin/listinfo/imc-litbl>

I get regular space from the top two of these which is why I ask.

I could not figure out how to do this as list admin - if there is a way, I
would like to know.
