The "bunch of kids" are the Club Freestyle Group, a project of the IMC.
They are heavily involved several days a week in producing audio. They are
allowed to use the production space and should not be shuffled out. We
should do everything to integrate and encourage them at the IMC. They are
prone to think that IMC is "white space" kicking them out like every other
"white space" in town.

The reason they don't have keys I because they don't have the money for
keys. I asked Tanya to get them signed up as members and at least one of
the group with a key but that hasn't happened yet. I asked Chris to change
the dock combo when Club Freestyle has a key. This change has to be
carefully coordinated with the USPS since they use that door to get in in
the mornings.

We should NOT change the production room combo without making sure Club
Freestyle is aware of the new combo.

WELCOMING - we need to be WELCOMING. This "bunch of kids" statement is
really insulting to what we are trying to do.
