Bob,
Actually, Finance already decided to change the Simplex lock 
combinations. I'm unsure if decision this made it to Chris, but I think 
Danielle had mentioned she had told him we might want this done. I'm 
just unsure if the decision to move forward on this had made it to him.

Yes, we need to get this done ASAP. _No one_ should have the Simplex 
combinations, except the PO and a few trusted IMC members who need it 
for the usual duties and who can be _trusted_ to not give it or reveal 
it to anyone else. The #4 key is what members should normally use to 
enter the IMC. This is where the problem lies with Simplexes, as this is 
my understanding the original plan was for those.
