Beth,
I tried editing the "What is the UCIMC?" info, which is the top link on 
the sidebar. Despite my best efforts, the rich-text editor kludged 
things all together, even though it starts out looking OK. Maybe someone 
from Tech can fix things.

As for having contact info on every page, that may be a bit much. I 
agree we could do better, like a lot of the design issues we've often 
talked about. There's a recognized need for a project to revise and 
update the website. However, it's always been more talked about than 
accomplished. It would be great if someone organized an effort to do 
this, develop a proposal, then circulate it for comments and revisions, 
ending in its adoption.

The place for that to happen is with the IMC-Tech group, who I've cc-ed 
on this reply. I know they've been meeting regularly, both of them, but 
have forgotten the time and day.
