[UCIMC-Tech] request to edit sensitive name out of "peace" mailing list archive

FYI her name and that organization is listed together several (more than
4) on just that list along with articles on our website.  People need to
realize that there is *really* no way to remove the caches.  This page
will be readily available by anyone who really wants to find out
information on her.  Either way, I have removed requested archive.
