Yes, things were really slow at the IMC servers today. The 8am list 
moderation notifications didn't get out until sometimes in early 
afternoon, by which time I'd already taken care of most of the lists I 
normally deal with anyway. But they did get out.

This is a reminder that email is not necessarily a good medium for 
time-sensitive info.
