Reading the "Received:" lines, it apparently sat at 
the IMC for all that time -- accepted by mail.chambana.net
just around midnight, but the UI server didn't get it until almost 3pm:

Karen's e-mail is through CITES, a different set of servers,
so it was probably really stuck at the IMC.

[I guess mail.chambana.net = imsahp.]
Can anyone on imc-tech guess why mail might have been wedged?
