I agree with Tommie. The production room issues should be run through 
Steering, not because there is any fundamental conflict but because the 
groups do need to coordinate and to make sure that locking and sharing are 
handled to everyone's satisfaction. Print moved out of the room over 
locking and use conflict issues. I'd like to see them adequately resolved.

Steering on May 1 seems an ideal time to talk this out, but can RFU get 
anyone to the meeting who knows RFU's requirements enough to speak for the 
group?
