Thanks for your interest in becoming a sustaining member.  These paypal
pages are built using the values passed in the URL which can be manipulated,
as a workaround please try this

I was attempting to become a $5/month sustaining funder and the $5 button
was not working, but the rest of the buttons were.  Just wanted to bring
