[UCIMC-Tech] Comcast Stuff

Hi everyone,

So, it looks like we're finally getting our permanent IP addresses from 
Comcast. Things will be down for a little bit this afternoon while we 
get the firewall and DNS reconfigured. Please bear with us, and this 
will hopefully be the end of our Comcast problems, at least for a day or 
so ;)
