[UCIMC-Tech] WRFU in-studio internet connection

We're unsure why the computer and wifi internet connections aren't
currently working. We believe it's a consequence of the OJC move
(cables may have been disturbed/unplugged when they moved their
equipment) and Josh/IMC-tech are due to look at the issue.

Regarding PSAs, I'd suggest a discussion within the automation group
about the formats/places in which PSAs will be available. If they are
to be available on the site, which I think is helpful, we should also
make sure to remind volunteers of that, perhaps putting a note in
studio.
