[UCIMC-Tech] F-ed Up WYSIWYG Editor

Recently, the WYSIWYG editor for the website has been causing people
trouble posting. It looks like it just won't handle paragraph breaks
anymore. You can look at numerous posts and see things that are all
squashed together. I've made several test posts and had the issue crop
up. On the other hand, sometimes it works, so I'm not quite sure what's
going on.

This seems to have happened in the course of recovery from the CSS
problems we've had recently. It's possible that this is unrelated, but
that would be a good place to start checking.

Another, possibly related, issue is the very short Feature preview that
occurs, cutting off an article without sufficient text to look good or
read well.

Hopefully, it's a matter of configuration and both can be easily fixed.
Like the problem of not being able to post graphic files, which I think
has been broken for six months now, it makes the website look like
something out of the mid-1990s and discourages people from posting.
