Oh crap, this is the "Recent Comments" block, right? Chris Evans pointed 
that out to me a week ago and then I completely forgot. It's giving the 
wrong URL's, in that there should be a "node" in between the number and 
the TLD, i.e. it's giving http://ucimc.org/4209#comment-6295 when it 
should be giving http://ucimc.org/node/4209#comment-6295. I'll look into 
fixing that. I'm not sure what you mean by an article counter?
