[UCIMC-Tech] Fwd: You have been unsubscribed from the IMC mailing list

Chris,
No big deal, it's just that getting the unsubscribe notice is tied into 
the system. I don't think there's any way to not generate that notice by 
turning it off.

It might have been less confusing to have just unsubscribed people who 
were not going to be resubscribed, but I'm certain that would have been 
more work for those of you doing the work, so I agree that doing it the 
way you did was simpler.
