[UCIMC-Tech] Grant non-IMC members IMC account?

Certainly, you all can decide on your policy, but I think it's a good idea
to ask people to become members whenever possible. It's an important source
of income at the IMC and it allows us to know who is volunteering and
collect their information so we can stay in contact with supportive
community members.

If $50 seems like a lot upfront, there's always the option of paying less or
paying $5/mo for the year...no need to ask people before they are
comfortable, but it's good to mention this as a "next step" in their
involvement. I'm hoping to do a membership drive when I've updated the
CiviCRM, so it's definitely on my mind. I'd love to brainstorm benefits of
IMC membership that the tech group can offer.

Thanks for brining this up, Brian!
