[UCIMC-Tech] No zeco yet

Since after the firewall upgrade, even after several hours work I
couldn't get zeco to actually accept routed packets (a problem we've had
before, with zeco specifically), I migrated most of the websites that
were on zeco to fixx0, which is our much newer, faster, and more secure
webserver that many of our sites have been running on for a while. I'd
been meaning to do this eventually anyway, and the recent issues just
forced my hand. I'll be sending out revised login information to
everyone within the next couple of days.
