[UCIMC-Tech] still can't edit TBP site

Hey Barry,

I'm still working on getting a lot of access things straightened out
(probably a secure FTP chroot will be the default access method for most
people, with SSH for those who really need it). However, I went ahead
and re-synced the files so you can go ahead and edit.
