[UCIMC-Tech] [RFU] Phone Bill Good News, Less, More or Less

Hi all:

My compliments for the change, cheaper and better.

Yesterday for our show we had a call in guest as we normally do with him. He
noticed a huge positive difference in the quality of what he heard (nothing
had changed on his provider's end, he calls in on a cell phone).
