So long as it is a legit expense re the AC supplies budget line, I 
support the expenditure for software. I'm actually surprised that we've 
limped along this long without spending some $$ on our very long in 
tooth hardware.

Speaking of that, I'd be somewhat cautious about the upgrade to MS7 
unless the hardware is going to support it. Are we sure it's worth 
investing in the same box we're currently using?
