[UCIMC-Tech] Fwd: your web pages

The site was down for maybe 5-15 minutes late this morning as I
power-cycled our primary webserver which was having a problem with its
cache which I couldn't kill. I would guess he accessed the page just
during that time, but I've never tested our sites for blind accessibility.
