[UCIMC-Tech] books2prisoners.org domain name problem at the IMC only

Thanks for the response Josh.  The problem was occurring from all of the
computers in the BTP room, and we were able to visit other sites.  However
it has since stopped happening and is working fine now.  It didn't seem to
be a problem with our web server.. who knows.  Thanks again for being
willing to help. I guess we're ok for now.
