[UCIMC-Tech] CiviCRM/Paypal sync?

Hi everyone,

I've been sending email & mail to RFU members who aren't paying IMC dues,
and I've already come across one individual who is a "Sustaining Funder"
(i.e. a recurring donor), but this isn't reflected in CiviCRM. Is there a
way to sync Paypal and CiviCRM? I don't know why this individual isn't in
CiviCRM as being a Sustaining Funder.
