[UCIMC-Tech] Membership Updates

Actually, there's not enough "amount fields" to allow us to do this. I want
to suggest that we post the top amounts of each sliding scale range in the
online form, with a note that if individuals wish to pay on a sliding scale,
they can either do so using the physical form offline or go through a
working group like the low income option.

Is this ok with folks? I'm open to suggestions, but we may need multiple
membership forms if they are too complicated...
