[UCIMC-Tech] Clock on fixx0 is 9 minutes off

Hi

		Forgot to add:
		
	1) Enabling NTP for fixx0 reccomended.
	2) An auto-check for clock-skew with something with an Argus-like  
system monitor would also be good.
