You are correct. www.publici does not resolve. neither does www.newpublici.
I'll add those redirects now.

Print's most recent request was to make the what was at
newpublici.ucimc.orgresolve to
publici.ucimc.org , making it the primary site. the old site is now located
at oldpublici.ucimc.org

Additional forwards for the www. subdomain will be forthcoming.
