[UCIMC-Tech] Search Warpped?

Now that I've been paying attention to Search more closely, I may have 
discovered a clue. Nothing found when searching is in 2011. Not sure 
whether this is some sort of database issue or something else, but it 
seems to be a symptom, if not the cause of the Search problem.
