[UCIMC-Tech] Images As Spam

The latest variation in spam postings to UC IMC is posting them as an 
Image. This has been going on for several weeks now. Usually, the bums 
involved move along once they realize the half-life of their crap on our 
site before it's deleted is about 30 minutes, if they're lucky.

However, there is never an image associated with these, just text and ad 
links. Is it possible to configure the upload process for Image to fail 
if no image is uploaded when these are posted?
