[UCIMC-Tech] CiviCRM and Vertical Response

Isak:
I haven't uploaded contacts yet into CiviCRM, but when I am creating a new
contact, I can click "Check for Matching Contacts," which it does. It would
be awesome if it gave you that option. Maybe we should try and upload those
contacts together and see what happens?
