[UCIMC-Tech] [IMC] Request to Subscribe to the IMC List

Since people know her, I see no issue with granting the subscription
request. She'll be able to let us know what at the IMC is of interest. I
just wanted to check if it was a random request and it's not.

Another way to deal with this is that when people discuss joining email
lists, etc at the IMC with interested parties,, it might be good to
take their address and themselves request that person be added to the
respective list. Not intended as a formality, but having a new person be
"sponsored" by someone who knows their way around a working group or
list could be useful for keeping new members in touch.

And avoiding confusion for we sometimes hapless admins!
