[UCIMC-Tech] [IMC] Request to Subscribe to the IMC List

I might know this person but not through the IMC. maybe they're not
sure which.list to join? recalling that the IMC list is supposed to be
for group spokes, imc-members for all members and a third list for non
members interested in announcements & events, I'd say this is a
misdirected request for imc-events.
