Can someone verify if this is actually a .gov address or is it spoofing 
that address?

Requirements to convert your TPIN to a user account accessed by a user ID and password were implemented on December 21, 2008. If you have not yet converted your DUNS Number and TPIN to a user ID and password, please contact our CCR Assistance Center to gain access.  They can be reached by telephone at 866-606-8220.
