Requirements to convert your TPIN to a user account accessed by a user ID and password were implemented on December 21, 2008. If you have not yet converted your DUNS Number and TPIN to a user ID and password, please contact our CCR Assistance Center to gain access.  They can be reached by telephone at 866-606-8220.  Dial 334-206-7828 for international calls.  For DSN, dial 809-463-3376, wait for a dial tone and then dial 866-606-8220.  You can also go to our website athttp://www.bpn.gov/ccr/Help.aspx  .
