[UCIMC-Tech] [IMC] Attempt to post article - Error 503

I had a chance to try this again. I attempted to unpublish all three 
article with the three linked pics at the same time. Didn't work.

So I reposted the text that David sent, but without the pic. That worked

Then I tried to hide just one article. That worked.

Then I tried to unpublish an article and the linked pic at the same 
time. Didn't work. Got the error message, though:
Error 503 Service Unavailable

I was able to hide the article and pic, though, and left it at that.

I'll note again that this is an unusual error, don't remember anything 
like it. It's fixed as far as the article being published and the 
problem items hidden, though.
