[UCIMC-Tech] ucimc.org integration with UCIMC twitter account

The Tech group has just added a new feature to the UC IMC website - Twitter
integration

Logged in users of our website can now choose to add a twitter account to
their profiles, providing the option to post their stories and events to
their Twitter accounts if they check a box.

Also, for people with the Editor and Event Manager roles, you can post to
the UCIMC Twitter feed (https://twitter.com/UCIMC) when publishing stories
or UCIMC Events.
