[UCIMC-Tech] Website Is 404

Ok folks. Making progress. The main site is back online after some touchy
upgrades. All the more reason to keep moving forward on our redesign &
tech's upgrade path for the summer.

If anyone sees any issues please report them. Thanks for the initial report
