[UCIMC-Tech] Phone Ringer Flasher Cross-Wired

Um, I sat in the WRFU studio and called 344-8820 on the studio phone and
watched the ringer light flash.
Then I dialed the FAX number (WRFU) *344.2536 *and got a busy signal on
that line.
