[UCIMC-Tech] Internet down at Bike Project

Hi Barry,
I was aware that the lower level was down. We've had some issues with a
couple of mesh wifi access points being misconfigured. Competing dhcp
servers trying to both be authoritative isn't so hot an idea. :)

Should be resolved now, but i'll be double checking tomorrow while doing
some additional network maintenance.
