[UCIMC-Tech] chambana.net mailing list for OccupyCU?

Hello all,

Would it be possible to set up a mailman mailing list for OccupyCU, on 
the IMC server --
probably to be called

occupyCU at lists.chambana.net
?

Initially it'd have about 50 people on it, though that will grow - 
perhaps even to a couple hundred.  Traffic might be a dozen or two 
messages per week.  I'd be happy to be an admin.  We might prefer the 
archives to be subscribers-only.

Does this seem appropriate?  Should OccupyCU pay something to the IMC 
for setting up & keeping the list, if so?
