[UCIMC-Tech] email downtime

There will be some downtime for the email server and lists this morning
as I migrate the mailserver to a new filesystem. All incoming mail
should be cached on our offsite mail relay, so nothing should be lost.
This one-time migration should alleviate intermittant issues with
downtime and performance. It's tough to say how long the sync will take,
but I estimate somewhere between 15 minutes and an hour. Sorry for the
inconvenience.
