[UCIMC-Tech] Lists Down?

They seemed flaky a few minutes ago and now return this error msg:


    Bug in Mailman version 2.1.15


      We're sorry, we hit a bug!

Please inform the webmaster for this site of this problem. Printing of 
traceback and other system information has been explicitly inhibited, 
but the webmaster can find this information in the Mailman error logs.

Also, don't want to hit a raw nerve, but noticed that trying to access 
the site without being logged in just to read returned a "page not 
found" error. This might be part of the general website issues and I 
just haven't noticed it before, but want to note it in case it was a new 
development/problem. So it's not just posting that's no longer 
operational, but reading the website also.
