[UCIMC-Tech] internet down in Bike Project

Thanks Chris (and happy holidays everyone). Volo is contractually obligated
to maintain our internet connection so we are good there. Gary, given that
the IMC office is closed until January 2, could you work with Volo to get
service back up? Peter is cced here so he should be aware.
