[UCIMC-Tech] internet down in Bike Project

Hi all: 

I believe this is an issue building-wide, residual effects from the firewall upgrade Friday morning. Barry Todd and I met up this past Sunday morning at the IMC and confirmed that connections between switches in the building were down. I'm copying in Danielle and Peter Folk to address additional issues. I'll also attempt to troubleshoot the issue remotely and could have a couple of cycles this coming Saturday while I'm in Urbana to help out if someone with appropriate key access is available to join me.
