[UCIMC-Tech] IMC calendar is down

Thanks Chris. Yes, adding is the problem. And we have an increase in events
so will be using the calendar regularly.

Also, the calendar used to allow anyone to input details of an event and
submit. A moderator would receive an email, get a contact signed, and allow
the event to be posted to the calendar. That stopped working months ago and
now staff have to copy and paste requests from email.

If there is any way to fix moderation that would save us a lot of time.
