[UCIMC-Tech] Lots of New Users Last 90 Minutes?

OK, didn't think the Rev. Cline is a good user to have admin level 
access under the circumstances until s/he's verified as a legit user, so 
I've blocked the account. Standing by.

Something's fishy here.
