[UCIMC-Tech] Lots of New Users Last 90 Minutes?

Alex is a legit account that I created. He's our venue coordinator. I've
also turned off new registrations and I'll turn the captchas which weren't
working as an additional measure.

The site is to be considered in transition at this point. A group has begun
meeting to deal with planning what we want to do next.
