Chris,
I turned Cline back on, just coincidental to the flood I guess?

I did turn unmoderated sign ups back on just before your email you'd 
turned them back off, but I'll just leave that to you to turn back on now.

Let me know when people meet, I'd be happy to help with non-technical 
issues.
