[UCIMC-Tech] web site file dates overwritten to Jun 12; please fix

Hi Barry,

I think a maintenance process on our distributed filesystem may have
screwed up some filesystem stuff, specifically some SUID bits and
timestamps. To be clear, are you asking that the directory
/home/barryi/public_html/thebikeproject.org be restored from backup to
some date after June 12th but with correct timestamps? Just wanted to be
certain I was clear before I take action.
