Hi Brian,

Though my time remains limited, I have a little more free time now to 
help out with fixes as of yesterday. I do not yet have access to the 
server where ucimc.org but I can get that. I think the issue with 
pictures is probably just a permissions problem with the files after 
moving the site, I can't imagine that the pictures are gone. Can you 
give an example of a URL where a picture should be displayed and isn't?

I think that as far as updating the site, it would make sense for the 
IMC to do some fundraising to hire a designer to redo the look and 
structure of the site.
