[UCIMC-Tech] Mailman list signups failing

Hi,

	Attempts today to sign up to the Bike Projects lists [bikecoop-staff] and [bikecoop-announce] produce this message:

Bug in Mailman version 2.1.16


We're sorry, we hit a bug!

Please inform the webmaster for this site of this problem. Printing of traceback and other system information has been explicitly inhibited, but the webmaster can find this information in the Mailman error logs.

	For instance, happens after clicking the Subscribe button on the bottom of https://lists.chambana.net/mailman/listinfo/bikecoop-announce .
	Made multiple attempts to sign up to lists, all fail with above message.    

	Details, I suppose, in the logs.  Thanks for any help.
