[UCIMC-Tech] [RFU] WRFU Transmitter

Did someone take it upon themselves to update the system on the computer
maybe? Many of the icons look different as if a new system was installed or
new programs or something.
In any event I agree, it's a serious situation and needs to be addressed by
someone who knows how to do such things.
