[UCIMC-Tech] server downtime

Hi Daniel,

There was an issue with the switches at the new datacenter that was
causing intermittent problems with connectivity. That's been resolved
now and I've been keeping an eye on it, the sites all seem up and fine.
I'll be working on restoring SSH access next.
